Refund policy
At MiyooCare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items For hygiene and safety reasons, baby care products such as diapers and wipes cannot be returned once opened.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
